August 28, 2006 - Another update to the FAQ, again under Special Questions, addressing the issue of whether EMTALA requires that the specialist who sees the patient in the E.R. has an obligation to see him in follow-up without consideration of ability to pay. Not surprisingly, the answer is not clear-cut.
